Glow Up Cosmetics was created in 2023 by Finley Kelly who was looking for a good skin care solution for people of all ages and skin types. He started the business with a small £550 investment in order to provide the perfect eco-friendly, animal cruelty-free skincare.
Glow Up Cosmetics is cruelty-free. We do not conduct any animal testing in the development, manufacturing, or marketing of our products.
